Meditate With Jan

Mindfulness meditation is a gentle and accepting practice of following the breath with awareness while also being aware of what occurs in our body, our feelings, thoughts, and in our environment. With this practice, you learn how to take charge of your life by increasing your awareness of physical and emotional reactions without judgment, and by relating directly to whatever is happening in the moment. This practice is based on the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh as well as other teachers and practitioners.
